Nothing cures the early AM bartender's zombie haze like the smell of spent grain. Kettle open, grain steaming, sweat glistening and you witness the true dedication it takes to brew some of the best beers in Washington. It's more than just an honor to have these award winning brewers make time in their busy brew schedule to brew a house beer for Bottleworks, Brouwer's Cafe and Burgundian.
On August 5th, that hard work pays off in not just one way. That date is not only the release of this beer it marks Reuben's Brews 3rd anniversary; like previous years Brouwer's Cafe will celebrate but unlike the previous years we will be celebrating company wide with the tapping of Triumvirate IPA our new house beer.
Malts: Pale, Munich, Crystal, Wheat
Hops: Mosaic, Citra, Amarillo
A lighter bodied IPA to let the hops shine through brightly. Strong tropical fruit and citrus notes, in particular passion fruit and grapefruit, are wrapped up with a crisp refreshing finish.
